Anthony Marchese is Chairman of Texas Mineral Resources Corporation (OTCQX: TMRC), a publicly traded company involved in heavy rare earth production and precious metals mining. He is also the President of Marchese Management Company, LLC, a strategic advisory firm serving public and soon-to-be public companies in the areas of board direction and policy, corporate governance, and investor relations. Mr. Marchese serves as the chief investment officer of Insiders Trend Fund, LP, a limited partnership which invests in small-cap publicly traded securities. Mr. Marchese received his MBA in Finance from the University of Chicago and BA from Boston University. He served in the military with the U.S. Army Intelligence and Security Command.
Widad Whitman

Ms. Whitman is responsible for a $5B portfolio of battery and critical materials, manufacturing, and critical minerals projects. Previously, Ms. Whitman launched the National Security and Intelligence Research Division at the Office of the Undersecretary of Defense for Acquisition and Sustainment, where she evaluated the national security implications of foreign investments in essential sectors coming before the Committee on Foreign Investment in the United States (CFIUS), the Defense Production Act Title 3 program, and the National Defense Authorization Act's 1260H list. Ms. Whitman has also served at the Central Intelligence Agency and various Department of Defense task forces.

Catherine Crooks is an executive at Fluor leading Defense Strategy and Growth focused on providing solutions for critical industrial infrastructure, expeditionary logistics, and supporting the elimination of transnational and irregular threats. With over 20 years of experience in the private sector and as a Navy Civilian, she has been instrumental in the development and sustainment of complex systems and capabilities, with expertise in Systems Engineering, Cybersecurity, Data Analytics, and Public Private Partnerships. She holds an MBA from Harvard Business School, an MS in Optics from the University of Rochester, a BS in Electrical Engineering from Merrimack College and is a Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP).
Giulia Siccardo
U.S. DOE | Former Director, Manufacturing & Energy Supply Chains
Giulia Siccardo is an experienced professional in the energy & automotive sectors. As the inaugural Director of the Department of Energy’s Office of Manufacturing & Energy Supply Chains, Siccardo was responsible for awarding tens of billions of dollars in government investments to strengthen and secure U.S. energy supply chains. She introduced new supply chain analytics to inform government investments, working with the National Labs, the National Security Council, and allied partner organizations. Siccardo was previously a Partner at McKinsey & Company in San Francisco and New York. She holds a dual B.A. in Economics and Environmental Studies from Dartmouth College and an MBA from Harvard Business School.
