Joseph Larson
Anduril Industries | SVP of National Security Operations
Joseph P. Larson III is SVP of National Security Operations at Anduril. From 2022 to 2024, Joseph served as the inaugural Deputy Chief Digital & AI Officer for Algorithmic Warfare within the Office of the Secretary of Defense, leading warfighting autonomy and AI initiatives. He led the Algorithmic Warfare Cross-Functional Team (Project Maven) from 2021 to 2022 for the National Geospatial-Intelligence Agency. He previously held roles at Anduril, Tulco Labs, Palantir, and Sidley Austin LLP. Joseph served in the U.S. Marine Corps for 24 years as an intelligence and information operations officer. He holds a J.D. from Stanford Law School, a Masters in Strategic Studies from the Army War College, and a B.A. from University of San Diego.

Steve Escaravage is president of Booz Allen's defense technology business and a member of the firm's Leadership Team. Steve and his teams help clients identify mission gaps and design, deploy, and operate mission-tailored technology solutions. His portfolio includes programs spanning battle management, electronic warfare, sensemaking, and special missions. His active areas of investment include autonomy, expeditionary edge mission technologies, tactical edge mission technologies, and mission partner solutions. Steve holds an M.S. in operations research from George Mason University and a B.A. in mathematics from Rutgers University.

Austin Bishop is co-founder of of Reindustrialize / New American Industrial Alliance, and General Partner at the venture fund Tamarack Global, where he invests across AI, energy, aerospace and national security. He is a former hedge fund trader, and co-founder of AI-powered manufacturing company Atomic Industries, and is a leading voice in the reindustrialization movement.
Emily Nguyen
Palantir Technologies | Head of Industrials
Emily Nguyen serves as Head of Industrials at Palantir Technologies and leads the Warp Speed initiative to reindustrialize the US. Since joining Palantir in 2013, Emily has led key partnerships in energy, manufacturing, logistics, and military. She holds a BA from Princeton University.

He subsequently was a senior leader at a growth-stage AI company and a global defense corporation. Throughout his career, he has been in and out of government, including operational service in Colombia, Armenia, Azerbaijan, and Afghanistan. Mr. Rodriguez serves as a Director or Advisor of 14 venture-backed companies to include Applied Intuition, Chariot Defense, Firestorm, Kela Systems, Smack Technologies, Ursa Major, Vantage Robotics, and ZeroMark. He is also a Commission Director at the Atlantic Council, Chairman of Blue Forge Alliance, and a Life Member at the Council on Foreign Relations.
